This happens to my 2016 Sel when the lock pin isnt engaged in the charge handle. Usually an unplug - Wait for charge port lights to ‘sleep’ then - Plug in again will lock the charger and stay green. Sometimes this happens if I plug in while a door is still open, or open a door while charging.I typically put my watch on the charger at night and always make sure that it is charging before I go to sleep. Every now and then I will wake up to a flashing red light and the watch is at something less than 100%, but typically above 80%.
